      Position Summary:

      The Senior Hybrid Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's hybrid cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on the integration of on-premises and cloud systems to create a seamless, scalable, and secure environment. The Senior Administrator will be an expert in cloud technologies, specifically SharePoint, ANF, AFS, Azure Active Directory, Hybrid Active Directory, InTune, and Microsoft Security Suite.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Lead the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Azure services, including ANF, AFS, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
      • Develop and manage SharePoint sites and services to support collaboration and information sharing across the organization.
      • Administer and support Azure Active Directory and Hybrid Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and access controls.
      • Manage Microsoft InTune for mobile device and application management.
      • Oversee the Microsoft Security Suite, ensuring best practices are followed for system and data security.
      • Keep server configurations and cloud infrastructure up-to-date and secure.
      • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including regular testing and drills.

      What you should show up ready to teach anyone on your first day:

      • Ability to collaborate with other colleagues to foster a spirit of teamwork, sharing professional knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
      • Serve as a single point of contact for server / network problems/incidents.
      • Ability to plan and implement hardware and software upgrades / updates.

      Within your first month, you’ll:

      • Provide level two support for WVD, ANF, AFS as well as on-prem servers and network infrastructure.
      • Responsible for network backups (cloud and on-prem) and disaster recovery – verify readiness on an ongoing basis.

      Within your first year, you’ll:

      • In-Depth understanding of Azure monitor & Log analytics to monitor cloud compute and storage uptime and performance.
      • Knowledge of Azure Networking services (creation of networks, subnets etc.) support and configuration of Azure NSGs and load balancers.
      • Keeps pace with all relevant product features, functions, and service offerings.

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Six years’ relevant working experience
      • Experience with LAN & WAN networks, network servers, routers, firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructures
      • Experience with network operating systems and directory services
      • Experience with Powershell in local and cloud environments
      • Experience in administration and support of Azure / AWS cloud services and infrastructure.


      Qualifications:

      • Proficient with Powershell for administration in a cloud environment.
      • Azure or AWS certifications are highly preferred.
      • Advanced knowledge of network backups and disaster recovery in a cloud environment.
      • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for technology implementation and infrastructure development.
